I have been using Alice as my AI Business Sidekick, and what has impressed me most is that she is becoming more than just an AI that answers questions. She is helping me organize how I actually run my business.

I have several things happening at the same time in my real estate business. I am building my LUX business while also honoring temporary commitments involving seller calls, sourcing properties for different investor buy boxes, researching opportunities, and keeping track of follow-ups. One of my biggest challenges has always been becoming overwhelmed and not knowing what I should focus on first. Alice helps me sort through that.

We established my business priorities, my 30-day goals, how I want Alice to communicate with me, and how I want her to respond when I become distracted or overwhelmed. She helps me determine my most important priorities for the day and create time blocks around the work most likely to move me toward a contract or revenue, while still protecting time for the LUX business I am trying to build long term.

What I especially appreciate is that Alice is beginning to understand how I work. For example, when I realized seller calls could not simply be scheduled early in the morning because I call people in different time zones, Alice adjusted the planning process to account for the seller’s local time. When I told her that I wanted to delay starting my daily routine until Monday, she recognized that as a temporary scheduling change rather than changing my overall business goals.

I have also expanded Alice’s role to help me with social media and business organization. Most recently, she has been helping me tackle an extremely cluttered Gmail account with tens of thousands of emails. Instead of having me waste hours going through messages individually, she helped develop a systematic cleanup approach.

There are weaknesses, and I think they are important to mention. Alice is only as effective as the information and tools available to her. She sometimes needs clarification before moving forward, particularly because I have specifically instructed her not to make assumptions about my business. There have also been situations where a connected tool has limitations that make a task slower than expected.

During my email cleanup, Alice made an error and moved an email to Trash that should not have been included. What impressed me was that she immediately told me what happened, stopped the process, and corrected the mistake before continuing. We also discovered that one of my scheduled morning business reminders had accidentally been left disabled after I temporarily postponed the routine. Alice identified the problem when I asked about it and corrected it.

Those experiences helped me understand an important part of using an AI business assistant: it still needs good systems, clear instructions, appropriate safeguards, and human approval for important actions.

Overall, what Sharon has created has tremendous potential for someone like me who has a lot of ideas, responsibilities, and moving pieces in her business. Alice gives me a place to organize those pieces, think strategically, prepare for conversations, stay accountable, and decide what deserves my attention next.

I am still early in the process of using Alice, so I cannot yet judge her by long-term business results. What I can say is that I already see how having an AI Business Sidekick that learns my priorities and working preferences can save me time, reduce overwhelm, and help me become more consistent.

For me, that is where the real value is. Alice is not replacing my decision-making. She is helping me become more organized and intentional about the decisions and actions I take in my business.
